In my opinion the two businesses are obviousley different and only a moroon could not tell the difference... please help so i can spank his hollywood backside.... maybe I am wrong but I am not going to be bullied lol..... Thanks classes registered by him: 16, 18, 35, 36, 39, 41, 43, 45

Don't be bullied, i'm sure that your cousin can't stop everyone else from using the word 'essentially' in a URL. If you keep your defense, note that essentiallypink.com has nothing to do with, nor wants anything to do with essentially.com, then your cousin may possibly see sense. Not many courts would find in favour of your cousin, what he's doing is just petty. Hope it works out for you.
